Greg is the president and a director of the Financial Services Agent.  Greg is a highly effective decision maker with diversified credit experience.  While Head of the DBRS Structured Finance rating committee from 1995 to 2005, Greg developed rating approaches which consistently resulted in transactions rated by DBRS performing without rating downgrades or losses for investors in such transactions or credit enhancers that were party to such transactions.  Greg is a recognized expert in international securitization and project finance and a past speaker at Canadian, U.S. and European conferences on ABS, MBS and infrastructure finance.
